We wish you be happy and in love with your purchase and we hope your jewelry reaches you in perfect condition, however if the items are damaged in transit, or are faulty please contact us immediately so we can advise you what to do. Please retain the original packaging as you may be asked to return/exchange this with the jewelry to us.
Order Return & Exchange
There is no refund for 14K gold products and custom-designed products. Before shipping, It is exempt from changing the ring color, ring size, chain length, and ring engraving, but once the product is sent, you will no longer enjoy a free refund or return. Please carefully confirm the product details when placing an order.
Only our regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, SALE items cannot be refunded.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Bovanni offer a full refund on all items you returned (exclude shipping fee, return shipping fee, insurance fee, and unreturnable items).
Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account.

If you decide to cancel the order, for orders canceled but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have been placed over 24 hours or already been shipped.
