BOVANNI is a minimalist jewelry design house, we are passionate about jewelry design that can bring people self-confidence. 2. Do you have any retail locations?

We currently only have an online store in order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, tax, staff).


3. Is it safe to order on Bovanni.com?

Yes, it is safe to order on Bovanni.com. We use encryption technologies power by Shopify when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our server.

1. What’s the material of BOVANNI jewelry?

BOVANNI is committed to using responsibly sourced materials in our jewelry and providing complete transparency to our customers. Including:

  • Metals -925 sterling silver, 14K and 18K solid gold
  • Gemstones - diamonds, quartz and topaz
  • Organic gems - pearls and amber
  • Man-made stones - crystal and cubic zirconia stone
  • Other materials- glass, wood, leather and textile

3. Where are your products made? Do you have ethical labour practices?

Our Jewelry are made at excellent factories in China.

We care a lot about sustainability and doing right. We screen all of our suppliers to ensure that their values are consistent with ours. We look for clean and safe working environments and observe how employees are treated. This not only results in better working environments for the employees, but also a staff of organized and highly trained teams who can consistently make high-quality products with care!


4. How can I keep my Jewelry gleaming for years to come?

Proper care will keep your jewelry beautiful and gleaming for years to come. When engaging in physical activities like cleaning and lifting, its best to keep your jewelry in a felt-lined box where it’ll stay safe and sound. If you notice that your jewelry needs cleaning, you can freshen it with warm, soapy water or a non-acid based jewelry cleaner. Policy FAQ


1. What is your shipping & delivery policy?

We are now shipping internationally with DHL/Amarex Worldwide Express. You can view more details in here.


2. Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?

You will not be charged for any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties or VAT by yourself. We have no control over these charges.


3. How do I change or cancel an order after it has been submitted?

To cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service via live chat or sending Emails to care@bovanni.com.

We will be happy to stop the order if we can, however, our order fulfillment system is designed to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, your order may already be in the shipping process, and in that case, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.

If your order can't be canceled and you still don't love it after it has arrived and want to return/exchange it, our customer service department will be happy to assist you.


4. How long does delivery take?

Average fulfillment time is 1-2 business days.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected. It will show at your checkout process.


5. Why haven't I received a Shipment Confirmation email?

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information.

In case you haven’t received it in your inbox or your spam folder after 2 working days please contact us so we can offer personal assistant.


6. Why my package shows delivered but I have not received my package?

If your package is showing as delivered and wasn’t, please contact us now. We are happy to look further into it for you!


7. What is your return policy?

We offer an easy, hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. View more on our return policy page.
